Shipping policy

TERRACE FORM offers free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. We are currently unable to ship outside the service area described below.

Where We Ship

We ship to physical street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or any destination outside the United States.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. The applicable delivery options and any available charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order.

Processing and Transit

Order cutoff: 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT).

Processing time: generally 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Standard transit time: generally 5-12 business days after the order ships.

Total delivery time: processing time plus transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Updates and Address Accuracy

We send order and shipment updates to the email address entered at checkout. Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact support@terraceformhome.com immediately if you need help with an address correction; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues

Weather, carrier operations, holidays, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If tracking indicates a problem or your package has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. For packages marked delivered but not received, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier before contacting us.
