Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or destinations outside the United States.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within our service area.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually prepared in 1-3 business days. Standard transit typically takes 5-12 business days after shipment. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your confirmation is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
What is the order cutoff time?
Our daily order cutoff is 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time. Orders placed after that time are treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please start the return by emailing support@terraceformhome.com. We provide prepaid return shipping for approved eligible returns.
When will I receive my refund?
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
